Before contacting support

Update Poker Defence and iOS to the latest available versions.
Close and reopen the app, then restart your device if the problem continues.
Include your device model, iOS version, app version, selected language, and the steps that caused the issue.
For gameplay issues, include the difficulty, wave number, and a screenshot where possible.

Poker Defence is playable offline without an account. Apple Game Center is optional. Read the Privacy Policy.
